Terms of Service

By booking or using any service provided by BigBandwidth Transportation Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

BigBandwidth Transportation Service provides premium private car and SUV transportation services across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Services include airport transfers, corporate transportation, special event rides, and point-to-point service.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from BigBandwidth
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
• Submitting a quote request does not guarantee a confirmed booking

3. Pricing & Payment

• Payment is accepted via Square, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App
• Payment is due at the time of service unless a corporate account agreement is in place
• Quoted prices are estimates. Final charges may vary based on actual mileage, wait time, and tolls
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy

4. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit
• 4–24 hours notice: 50% charge applies
• Less than 4 hours / No-show: Full fare charged
• Airport pickups: No-show after 60 minutes past arrival time will be charged in full

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time and location
• Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles
• Passengers will be charged for any damage caused to the vehicle during transport
• BigBandwidth reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are disruptive or abusive
• Seatbelt use is required at all times in accordance with state law

6. Liability

BigBandwidth Transportation Service carries commercial transportation insurance as required by law. However, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Missed flights, connections, or appointments due to traffic conditions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
• Acts of third parties or force majeure events

7. Wait Time

• Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after the flight lands
• Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time
• Additional wait time is billed at the rate specified in your quote

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
